We use results of research and development works in order to implement the RGM® (RubberGraphMagnetic®) technology, which will be used to produce ABS – MGC® cassettes (Magnetic Graphene Cassette®) ABS is an element of the braking system in motor vehicles. Its purpose is to prevent wheels from locking up when braking. ABS prevents the dangerous phenomena occurring when the wheels are locked: car skidding to the side, car spinning, loss of control over the driven vehicle. One of the components of ABS is a rotational speed sensor of the road wheels. Such a sensor is fitted by each wheel and consists of a magnetic coder and Hall effect sensor. Fluctuations in the magnetic field are measured and converted to rotational speed. The quality of conformance of the multipole magnetic coder directly influences road safety.
The “GUMET” Production Plant in Kraśnik was established in 1985. From the very beginning, we have been manufacturing rubber and rubber-metal elements. We specialize in the production of bearing seals for the needs of industrial customers – mainly bearing manufacturers.
