Phosphating

In the production process we use galvanic treatment of metal – zinc phosphating. The process is realized by an automated line in a rotating drum. Single load is cca. 20 kg.

Application of phosphate coatings:

as a primer during bonding (vulcanization) rubber to metal
as a primer under paint that improves the corrosion properties and provides
excellent adhesion to the surface
a temporary protection of goods during transportation, storage and use,
to improve the properties of the slip during cold forming steel

The “GUMET” Production Plant in Kraśnik was established in 1985. From the very beginning, we have been manufacturing rubber and rubber-metal elements. We specialize in the production of bearing seals for the needs of industrial customers – mainly bearing manufacturers.
