We use Barwell precision preformer for the simultaneous extruding and cutting of accurate blanks (non-vulcanized rubber blend). Semi-finished blanks with any given weight and diameter can be produced with a guaranteed accuracy, that allows to get repeatibility and high quality of the final product.
The process of vulcanization is realized by the press moulding and by the injection moulding on German injection machines from DESMA
In order to guarantee the highest quality of products, the following parameters are closely supervised: temperature, time and pressure. By controlling them, it is possible to get different physical – mechanical properties, dependending on requirements for ready-made products.
The “GUMET” Production Plant in Kraśnik was established in 1985. From the very beginning, we have been manufacturing rubber and rubber-metal elements. We specialize in the production of bearing seals for the needs of industrial customers – mainly bearing manufacturers.
